What they are failing to disclose to the consumer is that the cars they sell have undergone serious structural damage to the frame/unibody. Damage of this type can usually not be repaired as the Unibody is designed to crumple upon impact. Vehicles with frame/unibody damage usually do not meet Federal Motor Vehicle safety standards (FMVSS), which can result in severe injury to the vehicle occupants
