I called regarding access with my SkyDrive account. Immediately the Technician asked me to log on to logmein123.com then started showing me 512 computer errors and corrupted files and offered to renew my tech support contract for $365.00 for three years. Then quickly started making changes to my computer and now it does not start normally only in safe mode. I am taking my computer for repairs.
