New Day Broadband of Arizona is still charging us for a cable tv that was disconnected on the date above. Also, when we first had the cable connected, we were having all kinds of problems with the cable. The screen was snowy, half the time we coud
ldn't even watch the tv. I even called in to complain and no one showed up. I know the date because my brother passed away on Monday (11/04) that Friday the tv went out. My complaint is I will not pay this bill. And by the way, I think there is only one person answering the phones because I only recognize one voice, which is a female.
