On December 12 I was supposed to get cable TV, the technician never showed up, so I called back to reschedule, a few weeks later I get a bill for December service, I called to let them know the technician never showed up, they said yes the did, they connected the cable from outside because no one was home, I said well I never knew that they came so how am I getting billed for something I didn't use or know about.
If you ever want to purchase cable TV get a satellite not AT&T because they are rip offs and they seem to have bought all of the cable companies out in the south slorida area.
