I purchased the "easy to use, works on any device software" and quickly discovered both claims were wrong. I contacted the IT department and was told it didn't work on android devices. When I asked for a refund I was told no refunds. So when I got upset and said "So the software doesn't work at all like it says it does, you refuse to help me make it work, and you won't give me a refund?". The next message I received was an automated response stating that the offices were closed. So pissed!
