Claimed chatwatch 3.6.1 was the best software for monitoring aim, I bought it and it didn't work. The company supplied bogus information when I e-mailed them and refused a refund. Oakhill West Virginia

I purchased chatwatch 3 from Zemerick software for $39.95 to monitor my children on aol instant messenger. I downloaded it and it failed to work. I e-mailed the Company several times and they replied with stupid suggestions om how to get the software to work. They have no tech support phone number and do not give refunds.

After reading the fine print I discovered that all sales are final. I don't get taken very often but, I did get ripped off on chatwatch 3.
