Paid $29.99 for software to root my Android phone. Software didn't work. Emailed tech support and they gave me a few simple things to check. This did not work. Only two emails were answered. I have been ignored since. If you try to click on the link for a refund, it does not work! I later found out that the software that they are selling is available for free on another site! I ended up paying a local cell phone $50.00 to root my phone. Totally dissatisfied and disgusted with root-android.com. Avoid them!!
