I went online and ordered what I thought was $34.95. Turned out that they charged me $159.00. I called them immediately to cancelled my order but they refused to do it. They finally said they cancelled it and gave me a phoney cancellation #. I checked my credit card statement and found out they had charged me. It took 22 days (they said 5 - 7 business days in there ad) to get the product that I didn't want. I tried calling them many times and had to wait on hold for at least 20 min. I am calling long distance too. The customer service numbers are useless. Can't even talk to anyone higher up in the organization. Please help me to get my money back. I'm a senior and can't afford this.
