I ordered 5 bottles of garcinia cambogia and free lifetime refills for a total of 147.99. It showed up on my credit card as RasberryPure (1-877-650-5102) When the product didn't come, I emailed them to find out where my order was and got an auto reply with terms stating I had to be enrolled in yourtrimtrainer.com for 30 day trial. To cancel this membership I had to call 1-855-502-2935 which I did. To receive a full refund, I had to send the product back at my expense and pay $5.95 per item sent back. I called 2 more numbers (4-8-13 customer care 1-877-763-0272, customer service/support 1-855-798-6683) to have order cancelled and refund made and got the same answer: 7-10 days to process request. Still no product. Several more calls made, hung up on 3 times, problem not being resolved. Last call, was told product already sent out. Am currently disputing charges on credit card and writing to BBB to complain. This is obviously a scam using Dr. Oz endorsement on a pop-up ad online.
