On April 9,13, I ordered $31.90 of Garcinia Cambogia Jupiter Fat Burner product. After ordering I immediately went to my online bank and saw that they had taken $159.00 from my banking account! On 4-10 I called their customer service #855-978-6683. I talked to Tyrone and was given a cancellation # 1423112041228 and was told it was cancelled and I would have the $159.in my bank by 4-22.
NO MONEY!
I HAVE called this customer service # repeatedly over the months to get different people who I can barely understand the dialect, another cancell #, NO SUPERVISOR, and the same run around each time. I called the bank and they called the cust. Serv# and were told I needed to call with the persons Name that cancelled me and a #. Done 5 times. I called the Co. 6-10, and and they tell me to go back to my bank. So you see the run around. It is now June 10 and I will go back at the bank again June 11! Save yourself the trouble.
