I had ordered anther package on my mother's ervice in order to reduce her bill!!! The Account Rep. Told me that we woud have television service but did not explain that it would drastically reduce our televisions services!!! We, my 99 year old mother, my sister and I will not have the services we once had until Thursday 4-25-12!
My complaint is the series of misinformation on changing back to our original package, WHICH COSTS US MORE MONEY TO PAY YOUR COMPANY!
I was told that the pachage would be changed on 4-22-12; then n 4-23-12; now on 4-25-12 with a maybe!!!
This account is my ninety-nine year old mother's account, who will be 100 years of age next month! You Accouht Exxectives must be tought to give accurate information and explain it to your customers like a four year old, so that your customers will make an informed descision!
It is horrific that we have to wait on a maybe as paying Xfinity customers when all would be clear with giving out accurate information!!!
