I got a bill today that I didn't authorize. I get un limited long distance from Century link. Now there is a (other company called public communications services) that I didn't authorize - my bill went from $70.00 to $258.27 I called Century link and told them that the number on the bill for that company 1888-288-9897 - I called it, and then it would ring and then went to a busy single.
I called Century link back and then they gave me a number of 1-800-433-4518 and then they directed me to 1800 483-8314- and not once was I directed to talk to a live person.
I am not going to pay this bill because I didn't authorize it - and I don't make or except collect calls.
