I ordered free sample of Sylk and Vitalyze from an add on facebook. After I received free samples, they sent an additional 3 bottles (which I did not want). They charged my credit card $233.61 I called and they said to send product back and they would refund me. Needless to say, I have called numerous times in the last several months and I still don't have a credit. Total scam. I'm not giving up. Does anyone have any suggestions?
