Like all the other complaints about EVENING SKY SYLK, I ordered a free sample and then the charge of a product was put on my MasterCard. I got the charge before the product so phoned Evening Sky Sylk to stop delivery of product and credit charge. Was told, repeatedly, that I had not read the "terms and conditions" to which I had a few words to say. I was told to accept the delivery and send product back etc. When the delivery arrived, and they wanted to charge me an extra $26.00 for taxes etc., I refused to accept the product and told FEDEX to send it back. Still don't have any credit and will have to phone now and see if I'll get a refund for a product I never received.
Based on the amount of complaints, no money will be forthcoming.
