First ordered the Dual filters due to being sick. They are back ordered and send hepa filters along with a promo desk top. The sales rep sold us on them telling us the filters only had to be changed every 3 years. We are smokers and this is why we ordered them. This is their advertisement on t.V.
Call them within the allowed time frame of 30 days. The filter looks really dirty. They now claim because we are smokers we have to change them every 30 days.
Get a supervisor on the phone who claims she never speaks to the customers and tells me that she would send out the orginal 2 dual air purifiers we ordered in the first place. That I can take my time in making the decission on which I wanted to keep and call her when I made my decission she would honor them back.
The desk top starts falling apart. The dual filters aren't working right and the lights keep flashing so I call to send all of them back I have had enough!!! Now they tell me that they don't know who I spoke with and I can not send them back because we are smokers!
I tell them I will send them back anyway and they claim we won't see our money. Call our credit card and told them about the 19 calls I made to them and all the problems I have had with them.
They refund our money on the credit card. Now Oreck is sending bills. Just got off the phone with them once more today. April 22nd 2013 and I am threatened they recorded the phone calls. Although so did I.
Beating me over the phone once more like I am going to pay for product that I was lied to about or is defective like 3 others I have. I have the plastic coming apart. Crumbling! I have air purifier that are constintly flashing that they are dirty when they are clean.
I have had my own cleaning business for 25 years plus. I have the other 2 losing connection. They told me that I was supose to take a wire piece off the cells and this is why they are flashing. No one
ever said anything! Now I am told they will replace those.
I want nothing from this UNPROFESSIONAL TERRIORIST COMPANY!!!
