On 05/14/09, I called Dual Saw and ordered One (1) dual saw, $179.97 and a diamond Blade set of 2, costing $39.99, shipping $46.98, totaling $266.94 and delivered by UPS. At the end of the month I checked my on line banking account and discovered that this company, Dual Saw, charged me for two (2) saws, the other one costing $353.91.
I contacted the service department and made a complaint about the additional dual saw which I did not order nor received. I was told that an investigator of the company would contact UPS, to see if they delivered two (2) saws.
I did receive a call from someone who identified herself as an investigator of UPS and wanted to know what I received. I told her, one dual saw and diamond blade set of 2. Time pasted and I did not hear anything from Dual Saw, so I called and was told today, 9/28/09, that UPS reported back to Dual Saw that someone spoke with me and said I received two dual saws. I told the lady with Dual Saw service department that I did not say that and UPS report back to them a lie and I wanted my money back!
When I ask to speak with someone over her, or give me the corporate office phone number, she replied that no one was over her and she did not know what the number was. I asked her for the name of the owner of the company and she said she did not know that information either. She said that she would send my complaint to the client information department and they would call me within two days.
I told her that someone at her company or UPS stolen $353.91 from me and I wanted it back, now! She said there was nothing she could do.
