Rip Us off for money they had us pay up front told us a week and then two months later said filters on back order and it would be another two to three months

We first contacted this company when our ac broke, they came out and fixed that problem then talked us into a service contract which we paid for up front.

With this service contract your suppose to call them (cause trust me you will never get a call from them) and schedule for th maintenance. So we did and the ladies on teh phone are rude, short and very snippy with us. I said i need to schedule for the maintenance not on my ac units and to have filters changed she said the soonest we have avaiabe in June 6th... Wow it was the begginning of May. They are not so quick to move when they have your money up front.

So they come out as scheduled and then the guy tells us "so did you buy filters' we said no we thought that was part of the service. He said no you have to buy filters but don't worry I can order a box of the ones you beed thru my company and they will be in a week and I will come back and install them. So we said great and again gave them money up front for these filters $ 180.00 to be exact.

Well two weeks go by and nothing so we called and this yung lady b the name of Jessica rude as could be gives my husband a hard time and tells him they are on backorder. So my husband tells well my ac is running with no filters we need something she tells us we can go to home depot and pick something up for now. Well if that is the case why are we waiting for these filters still abd why did we have to pay you $ 180.00 to order them. So she tells him she will send someone out to cut a filter from a roll of sometype till ours comes in that they should be in about two more weeks. S we said ok.

Now here it is August 28th and we havent even been give so much as a call to say sorry the filters are still on backorder but as soon as they come in we will call you to install. So I call up today ad who do I get transferred to Jessica there pitbull I guess they use to intimidate customers. I wasnt and I told her keep your filters since I can go buy them at home depot like you told me last time and just refund my money. She said there are no refunds... I said ok Jessica we will see about that.

We have been treated really bad by this company and our money was good and they had no problem asking it up front to constantly give us a run around.

I highly suggest everyone avoiding this company. The owner doesnt even get involved like I said they transferred me to there pitbull Jessica who I guess was suppose to bully me and shut me up. Not happening I am a woman and I won my own business and I know I would have clients if I treated them like Air Around the Clock treats there clients.

I will be filing in small claims court to obtain my money back and searching for a company that cares.
