This Past Saturday I Purchased A Kirby From This Company. I have Wanted A Kirby For Many Years. But After I Started To Use It I Realized How Much A Pain In The Ass It Is! The gentlemen that Sold It To Me Told Me They Forgot To Have Me Sign The Contract So They Would Be Coming Back To My House Today. I Told Them I Did Not Wan't It. They Said We Could Discuss It When They Got There. I Knew This Ment They Would Try To Get Me To Keep It. So They Arrive And I Sign All Papers Including The Bottom Do I Do Not Have To Keep It. (This Was AfterAn Hour Of Arguing With Him) Finally He SAid Okay I'll Just Take The Machine And Get It Out Your Way. I SAy "Do You Have My Old Vacuum?" HeSays No So I Said No Your Not Taking It You Can Have It whenThey ReturnMine. I Feel That's Reasonable. He Then Said I Had To Call Headquarters To Schedule The Pick Up. So I Call Headquarters And The Woman On The Phone Is Screaming At Me Saying She Is Calling The cops For Stealing! I Say I Don't Understand How I'm Stealing? She Tolls Me Keeping The Equipment Is Stalling From Them And That I Have To Have It To Them By Wednesday Night At 12 Other Wise Its Considered Stolen. I Simply Replied Okay Come Get It And Bring Mine With You! I Don't Want It IJust Want My Vacuum Back. She Said The Man Who Was Here Should Not Have Left Without It And She Could Call ItTIn Stolen Now. I Then Stated Give Me My VacuumBack And You Can Have It. She Then Told Me She Would Call Me Back In 10 Mins And Hung Up On Me! Holy Crap!!! Its Been 3 HouRs And No Call Back Yet!!
