I purchased a zebra collection chi iron from this company. I received an email with a tracking number. I tracked the product and it said it was delivered and signed for to an address i do not know. When i emailed them because there is no phone number available they said they were having problems with their postage and will send me another. About two weeks later i received the product. It only worked for about two days. I conjectured them again and after about a week they finally told me they just received my email and they will send me another. So about a week later i received the third shipment. The flat iron have not worked since the day i received it. I have been trying to contact them for over the weeks now. Sending them emails [about 4/day] and have yet to hear from them. Its now almost two months since i originally purchased and have yet to get a product that works.
