The Kiyoseki Flat iron is a really good flat iron... Until it breaks. The first flat iron I received did not even turn on. The replacement they sent me worked perfectly for about two or three months. All of a sudden, in the middle of my almost finished hair, the iron had an electrical short. That was the end of that. The good thing is that they are willing to send me my money as soon as I return the iron and the contents that were sent to me. This product is defective (as was demonstrated in my two flat irons.) Good-bye and good riddance Kiyoseki pro!
