I purchased a Chi Flat Iron in March of this year, I've had to already replace the flat iron once and it broke again 3 weeks ago. I have written email after email asking for a warranty replacement an I recieved several emails saying it was on it way and had been mailed out to my address. Within the last 2 days I still haven't recieved the Chi replacement and no one will respond to my emails. So I'm out a flat iron and also my money.
