I ordered a chi flat iron in August and when i received it noticed that it looked used and it did not come with the free chi hair product that was supposed to be included in the same package.
I tried contacting them thru email and got no response and realized that the number to dial is in china somewhere and was not going to call because I do not know how much that type of phone call would cost.
I waited and waited and I never got a response from the company., I had no choice but to keep the product and use it.
Today is March 20th and my hair flat iron no longer works! Frustrated that I didnt even own it for a year and was probably a used product to begin with and also that noone ever returned my email complaint!
