On 13th March I ordered 2 x 14-day free trial products paying only for postage. 8 days later I rung up and cancelled the subscription. I received 2 e-mails confirming cancellation and that all future charges had been cancelled. I was also told that I had to send back the unused products. This was unexpected, however I sent the products back within a week - I was told I had 21 days to send them back.
On 18th April I received another e-mail saying again that all future charges have been cancelled. On 19th April I had 2 x monthly subscriptions taken from my account totalling £171. I rung them on 23rd April and was told that they had taken the payment as they 'had not received back' the unused products.
I can now see no other course of action than to resort to the courts.
