I signed up for free products and was told that if I did not like the products I must contact the company within 17 days or else the amount of R 675 (around $90) would be taken from my account every month until I cancelled. They answered my first email where I asked them if they'd received my order. They appeared to be so helpful and said I must contact them if I did not receive the products. I contacted them soon after the 28th April again to say that the products had not arrived. That email was sent back to me twice. So a couple of days later I emailed again to cancel any further orders since I had still not received anything yet. That was sent back twice as well - this all culminating today 14 May. I'm going to my bank tomorrow to cancel any further withdrawals form the two companies. I'm in South Africa.
