Ordered the products on March 18/12 with a 14 day free trial. Did not receive the product until March 29/12 which is 11 days into their so called free trial. Called on April 3/12 to cancel and was told that it was past the 14 day trial so would be charged 86.87 for the products. Cancelled the order on April 3/12. Spoke to a representative named Kim and was given a cancellation number. Was then charged two amounts 86.87 on April 5/12 on my Mastercard. I want this stopped and my money returned.
