This company is a huge SCAM! I ordered their product for $1.03 on the 26th of March. They advertised it as a free trial. On the 17 of April I learned that they had charged me an additional $94.31 back on the 3rd of April. I called them and asked what was going on. They said that I had failed to cancel within a 7-day trial period; and they would not allow me to return the unopened product.
The customer service department is very rude. They hung the phone up on me twice. They are well rehearsed on how to deal with scammed customers. They are aware that they are running a scam. They expect the customer to be unhappy. They do not care. And they are entirely unwilling to offer assistance.
This company banks on the likelihood that the average customer does not check their credit card account on a daily basis.By the time the average customer realizes that they've been scammed (secretly charged) the 7-day window has passed and it is too late to return the product or get a refund.
Something needs to be done about this company.
Stay away from them!!!
