TriClear advertises a "free trial" of their product. The advertising says: if you are happy with the product do nothing. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason just call back within 14 days and you will not be charged. No obligation. "It's that simple"- or so they say. I tried the product and it dried out my skin. I threw the products (my "free trial") away and called within the 14 days to cancel. During the call, I was then informed that I would need to return the unused portion, otherwise I would be charged $99.95. Since I had already disposed of the product, I could not return it. Their advertising DID NOT SAY that the products needed to be sent back. That was only mentioned during the phone call. I was subsequently charged the full amount. Their customer service department was very unwilling to accommodate my request for a full refund - after I pointed out that I was unhappy with their product and followed the EXACT instructions that they advertised and was expecting that the trial was free. It was not free at all. The product is inferior. Don't get roped in by their false advertising.
