I had to sign up to this company to download a movie and when I looked to find the movie it was not there and then every month my account is debited $27.00 and to cancel my account they charge you 99cents if you use email otherwise just ring the United Kingdom which I cannot do as I am in Australia. So I have now cancelled my account which I had to pay again for this privilage... I would like a full refund as I couldn't use their site to download the movies they said were on there and weren't... The last withdrawal was the 18th April.. I am a mother of 5 Kids and on a pension and live on a tight budget... Please help..
