I ordered a free sample of a skin poroduct for my wife Paying the £3.95 postage
The sample arrived with no paperwok or contact details.
I cannot remeber the date I ordered but on 4th April they took £97.95 from my credit card without sending me any product
The product did not work
My credit card company have stopped any more payments but cannot refund my money because they said that the freesample page will have had a stop clause saying that if I did not want to continue receiving it, I must cancel within 14 days
If such a clause had been on the page I would have cancelled it right away
