I ordered a trial sample of ResvPure on the internet in April and did not see the the asterisk to click to another page to read the terms and conditions. I did not cancel the order within the 10 days from the date I ordered the sample.
About a week after receiving the sample, I received a full bottle. I went on vacation and did not send the charge on my credit card account. I cancelled as soon as I saw the charge on my account, May 21 and agreed to a 65.31 credit for the first full bottle I had received.
Meanwhile, another bottle was in transit and another $85.26 charge was on my credit posted May19th. I returned the bottle in the original package and unopened on May 28.
I called the company and they refused to credit me the $85.26 for the last bottle. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute.
