From the pickup on Friday 04/05 to the drop off Sunday 04/07, the experience was AAA1
Courtesy and professionalism of the U-Haul staff could not have been better.
Reliability of the equipment (10' truck) was unquestioned both in the City and on the highway (in a rain storm that caused semis to puul off the road.

Internet reserving was simple. Pickup was friendly. Drop off was fast yet unhurried.
