Got a U-Haul rental truck (26') at beginning of March. The day we picked it up, we loaded it, and went to start it up, and wa-la, it didnt start. We called the roadside service, they said someone would be out in 30 minutes. 2 hours later, they showed, 2 hours after that, they started fixing the truck, and 2 hours after that, it was 3am, and we were sleeping on a hard wood floor. We asked the Uhaul owner to at least cover the truck rental, and he gave us all kinds of crap over it. Told us he would call us back, and of course, he never did. I would never recomend U-Haul to anyone. I will be a faithful customer to Budget Moving Trucks Company for now on. U-Haul, you should be ashamed of your owners and employees. I give you - (Negative) 5 stars.
