The next time you want to rent a UHAUL in the Hardeeville, SC area, please DO NOT use the Hardeeville, SC BP GAS Station located at 19103 Whyte Hardee Blvd. (29927) I showed up and the guy had no idea how to check out the truck. He could barely speak English and had to keep helping other gas station customers and kept asking us to stand aside. After 30 min. I had to look up and call the Uhaul main # and completed the transaction over the phone, but even after the Uhaul company told him to check it out to us and that we paid our $600, he stilled wanted to argue about the truck. Very disorganized and after we had the truck for over an hour, a field manager called to confirm pickup for another day! Total disorganization in the area so good luck on finding a good dealer. Awful Experience!
