I was fooled by the risk free trial offer from this company. They put it out there as a $4.95 risk free trial offer, then charged my card for $99 on the 4th of April and again on the 10th of April for another $99. I had no idea of these charges until my credit card bill came in. I immediately contacted my credit card company to be sure they would not allow further charges and to dispute the current charges. They said I had to contact the company first to try to resolve it. I contacted Sheridan labs to say I was not interested in the product and wanted the charges taken off my charge card and to cancel any further activity. They refused to credit me since I had not called to cancel within 14 days. There was no paperwork in the boxes the cream came in. Nothing to say I should call if I didn't want the product. Nothing that said anything about paying $99 for a cream I thought I was paying $5 for. No number, nothing. I had to search the web to even figure out how to contact them, which I did by googling the address on the box I received. This company is scamming the hell out of people. How do we stop them?
