On 01/30, my elderly mother called to inquire about an all natural product. They explained what the product did to improve her health. She thanked the representative, but they insisted they would give her a great deal. After much talk, talk and convincing, she agreed to try their product. She asked if she was unsatisfied with the product, they told her she could return with a money-back guarantee. On 01/31, she called the toll-free number they provided and attempted to cancel the order. Immediately, a female customer service representative raised her voice and threatened that if she did not buy the product, they would still charge her. She reminded the representative of the call the previous day. However, the female representative yelled at her and told her that she had to purchase the product because it was already sent. My mother asked how could the order be processed in less than 18 hours after her calling? After several calls, a gentleman spoke with her and told her the product wasn't leaving until 02/01 or 02/3 (so the woman lied to my mother). He again tried to talk her into purchasing the product. This company has since called 2-3 times a day since the attempted delivery on 02/03. The order was returned telling the carrier, the product was cancelled. They call her number and my home number. Stay away from Bio Terra products, they are over-priced and their sales tactics are pressure, lies and intimidation
