I had Hughesnet internet service 3 years ago and when I signed with them they said when my contract was up they would refund me for my equipment that I bought. When my contract was up, I called them for instructions for returning my equipment and was told they no longer give refunds. I then spoke with a salesman and he told me that they do indeed give refunds and they always have. Then I called a couple of weeks later and was given instructions along with a RMA ID #1500827-0005... I sent the equipment in and have a delivery receipt that they received it. I called the evening of 4/14/13 and was told they will not give me my refund.
