Took money out of account i have no idea who this company was they took 49.95 from me

This company is a long distant phone services. I dont owe a house phone. I never talk too ayone about long distant. This company has my account number and took out 49.95 from me. I called and cancel and wrote a letter for my money back no responed back. Please help. There passing around my bank account number We need to stop this!
