I called telus and stayed on the phone talking to the telus CSR who kept telling me there was nothing that could be done except contacting the company and that Telus was going to have technology in 2 months (June) which would prevent this from occurring. I kept saying that in the meantime I would be ripped off for something that Telus is supporting. I also told her that I did not feel secure or that it was acceptable that I would have to pay the fees when I did not purchase anything. I told her that I found out online that this is a scam.
