I requested a free sample and agreed to pay postage and packaging which they took out at the time. However when i recieved my bank statement they had also taken £119 ($182.84). They did not state this in the advert. I have telephoned their helpline in the uk with no success only to be told i must have seen the disclaimer that product was only free for trial period only and then i would have to pay full price. If i had seen this dislaimer i would never have requested sample in the first place!
