At the end of February I was on my facebook page when an advert popped up for A FREE Trial and sample of Collagenta Active Serum for £1 plus post and packaging at £3.95. I paid for this by entering my bank details as requested. I recieved my sample but Collagenta ref: (Card purchase cyprus) have taken £97.82 from my bank account on 04/03. I had no idea what this was for until today I have read lots of complaints about the marketing company DS marketing putting it in small print for the collagenta advert (that I didn't see) that I should have returned the sample within 14 days if I wasn't happy with it or get charged the full amount! This advert was VERY misleading and not obvious that I would have to pay £97.82. I am a pensioner and can't afford this. I have had to get my bank to put a stop on any further money going out of my account and now I'm worrying about it.
