Companies like these don’t ever get caught unfortunately, but do send the letter you receive in to the Attorney General in Sacramento. Also file the Statement of Information direcly here: http://www.sos.ca. Gov/business/be/. To the right of the website you can do an e-filing. Also this only cost you $25.00 annually. Don't be fooled by those scam artists.
