I recievd letter from CBF that seemed like a letter from SOS about filing the Statement of Information. There was no phone number to check to see if that's official but they asked for $225 to file the SI while it is only $25 if you file directly. This is outragous! They should be banned from sending these kind of soliciting to corporations!
