This company will not stop sending mail, calling us to renew. I have asked 17 times via phone, 10 emails. The vehicle we purchased new in August came with 3 month trial. We promptly ceased it and did not renew service. Then the harassment started.in the past 18 months it has been never ending. Would not do business with a company that cannot respect a customer's request. I have also contacted Ford Motor Company about Sirius's practices. I would not purchase a vehicle with a trial in it again.
