This is a hard lesson on reading the 'small print' very thoroughly before you tick the box that asks you to 'accept the terms and conditions'
I mistakenly believed that I was paying for postage only on a supposedly 'FREE TRIAL' of this product.
The product was shipped from the UK on the 4th of March and on the 18th March two payment of £69.00 were taken out of my account, an equal of £140.00.By any stretch of the imagination this is a ridiculously overpriced amount for this product. I have been foolish, the money is lost, had I read the 'small print on the terms and conditions sheet when the product arrived I would have realised that this money would automatically be taken from my bank account. I phoned the number immediately on receiving my statement and spoke to a young man in America who said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do as I was out of the period alloted for a refund. He assured me that he would cancel any further shipments of the product and there would be no further payments for £140 pounds taken from my account. I said that I did not want my card details kept and requested they be destroyed, but he explained that they were kept in an 'archive' facility in case needed for further orders. This whole set up is so organised that there is no clear and transparent information. The sheet sent with the pills is blurred and poorly printed. I would like vulnerable people like myself, (an overweight 67 yr old pensioner) to be warned about this product and the company/individuals behind this marketing plan. Do not submit your card details to this Muzalean and Puracleanse.instead of addressing one as 'DEAR FRIEND' at the top of their poorly printed sheet of instructions - they should say: "DEAR IDIOT" because that is how I am feeling. I will contact my bank immediately to get my card stopped. I sincerely hope other potential customers will read this before signing up for the free trial - My money is lost and I feel foolish and angry to have allowed myself to be so duped.
