I was online and I saw an advert for a slimming product and a cleansing tone product. It was advertising this product as a trial for £4.95.
I entered my card details online and received the products within 3 working day and began to use them.initially, the company only took the amount mentioned above but I received my bank statement and the company has taken a further £110 for the products forementioned.
I immediately rung the company and they said that the terms and conditions were clear and I should have cancelled the trial before 14 days. The terms and conditions were at the bottom of the page in miniscule print and was hardly noticeable. The advert gave the clear impression that only the customer would pay was £4.99. The company has totally misrepresented its intentions and the PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK. I have lost no weight at all.
Please shut this company down now!!!
