An Indian guy by the name of Troy Williams called me up today and said I applied for a grant online. Now I knew something was funny about this call, cause come on how many Indians do you know name Troy. He informed me that all I needed to do was give him my info so he could bill me a one time fee of 3.87. I told him I would like for him to give me their number and I would get back to him, when I called the number he gave me 1-800-558-0064 a young man answered stating the company he works for does customer service for several companies, then stated United States Financial Resources is an online company that assists in finding grants to apply for. The entire system is a scam and no one should ever believe people when they call you and ask for a fee to apply for a grant, unless the company is a grant writing facility.
