I received a call from a representative from US Financial Resources stated that I was awarded a grant to either further my education, start a business, purchase a home or simple for personal usage. She continued to state that all I had to do was to do online and complete a grant application (hoe can I be awarded a grant if I have applied for it), she continued to state that once I paid $3.87 she would give me a usernamme, password and confirmation number to access my grant application. Then she asked how would I like my check, either deposited in my account or mail in form of a paper check, I stated paper, she then stated that I needed to make sure that I stated that on my grant application, when I told her I was not going to pay $3.87, she stated she understood that I was concerned about giving out banking information and that I could use any type of card to pay the $3.87 (gift card, debit card). If I am approved for the grant why can't they just take the $3.87 out of the amount of the award.
