I received a call from an "unknown" number. I usually don't take them, but at the moment I was waiting for a call for an appliance repair, so I answered. On the other side there was this "Indian" voice, telling me that I had applied for and was selected for a Federal Government grant. Then he said that they needed to charge me $3.87 to open an online account where they could send me the grant money. I told him I would not give him my bank account information if I am not sure they are legit. He kept assuring me they were, but did not give me any proof of it. Then he said I could check US Financial Resources on the Internet. What I found there was this website, and my suspicions were confirmed. Thank you.
