On todays date i went to this office to get eye exam and to get Glasses. My visit and glasses where coveree UNDER insurance. The amount the insurance will cove is $150.00. I needed by focal lenes and wanted tented or transission. I have those now and under the SAME co? Pays od $! 50.00. The clerck told me I needeed an Additional $199.00/And gave me a paper that she said was from the insurance company. I called the insurance company and they sent me to a place where I did in FACT get what i needed for the $150.00 as I was allowed. The Office i had just left told me "i get what I pay for" they said I could NOT get what i had and that it was the "INSURANCE GUIDELINES " proventing it from happening. The trurth is they should NOT be offering serices they have NO intention of filling! I did get what the insurance company approved from another provider. Be carefull who you go to some are total rip offs and go after people. If I had not called my insurance company myself I would have been scamed out of another $199.00 for the glasses That i Just got for the $150.00 allowed benifit amount!!
