I, like everyone else complaining got an offer in my email, stating I could get a free starter kit for $4.95 S&H on 3/11. I received the pkg. Today 4/9 I checked my bank acct., online and saw a charge for $114.95 from emeraldlux. I contacted them immediately. Was told that what I agreed to was a 14 day trial. Nowhere did I see that this was a trial. I am on disability after have open heart surgery and trying to quit smoking. I am on a tight budget and this has left me unable to pay my utility bills this month. I was told if I send the merchandise back, I will receive a full refund. This is fraud - plain and simple.
